03/ 10.08.2011 Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in

compliance of order dated 17.01.2011 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 425

of 2005, a decision has been taken by the authorities and a cheque

of Rs.5,37,500.00 has been prepared with respect to the claim of the

petitioner under Policy No. 512094342. The said amount is only

with respect to the sum assured i.e. Rs.5,00,000.00 with bonus.

The said cheque is handed over by learned counsel for

the opposite parties to learned counsel for the petitioner in Court.

As prayed for by learned counsel for the opposite

parties, pass over this case for the day.
