Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA.
This is the correction application Nos. 199931 and 199933 of 2010.
After perusing the record, counsel for the applicants is permitted to
correct the application by mentioning District-Jaunpur in place of
Meerut. The order dated 7.5.2010 is hereby corrected by
mentioning District-jaunpur in place of Meerut in the third line of
the second paragraph of the order.
The applicants are also permitted to appear before the court concerned
within 10 days from today. In case, they appear before the court
concerned within 10 days from today, the benefit of the order dated
7.5.2010 shall be extended to them.
Accordingly the correction application is allowed.
