appearing on behalf of sole respondent prays for and

is granted two weeks time enabling him to seek

instruction and file a counter affidavit, so that the

matter may be finally disposed of by this Court at

the admission stage itself.

Since all the three petitioners are

represented by the petitioner no. 2, who is appearing

in person, list this matter on 9th May, 2011 under

the same heading, retaining its position.

A copy of the counter affidavit must be

served upon petitioner no. 2, before the date fixed, so

that the matter may be finally disposed of on that

date.
