Standing counsel for the opposite parties.
Case of the petitioner is that she has completed the requisite period of
ten years on the post of Lecturer as she has been working since the year
1995. There is a resolution in her favour for granting her promotion still
the selection grade has not been given to her.
Learned Standing counsel pays for and is granted three weeks’ time to
seek specific instructions on the averments made in the writ petition.
Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within a week thereafter.
