learned Standing Counsel, who prays for and is granted four weeks’ time for
filing counter affidavit. Petitioner may file rejoinder affidavit within two
weeks thereafter.

The Executive Engineer will consider and dispose of the representation of the
petitioner, contained in Annexure No.8 to the writ petition, made against her
retirement within a period of one month from the date a certified copy of this
order is produced before him.
