After the matter was heard for sometime, learned counsel for the
applicant made a request to dismiss the civil revision as
withdrawn.
Prayer made is allowed.
Civil revision stands dismissed as withdrawn.
However, considering the facts and circumstances that the suit is
pending since 1996 and also in view of the order passed by this
Court in writ petitions filed by the applicant as well as opposite
party, trial court is directed to decide the suit expeditiously without
granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties
within a period of six months from the date of production of a
certified copy of this order before him.
