the arrest of the petitioners, namely, Smt. Kusum Kumari Chauhan, Sunita
Bhadauria, Deepa Chauhan, Geeta Chauhan, Pranita Chauhan and Sher
Singh Bhadauria who are wanted in case crime No.278 of 2008, under Section
3/7 Essential Commodities Act, P.S. Chubeypur, District Varanasi shall remain
stayed of course subject to the restraint that the petitioners shall fully
cooperate with the investigation and shall appear as and when called upon to
assist in the investigation.
