Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in spite of the final judgment of
this Court dated 12.1.2009 nothing has been done and neither the petitioner
has been reinstated in spite of the clear direction of this Court.

Prima facie, the opposite parties have committed contempt of the Court.

In this view of the matter, let notice be issued to opposite parties no.1 and 2.
