We have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned AGA
appearing for the State-respondents.

Today petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are personally present before this Court as
husband and wife.

Considering the facts and circumstances and the allegations made in the
impugned FIR, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction that till the
submission of report by the police under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. the
petitioners shall not be arrested in Case Crime No. 1735/2010, under Sections
363, 366 I.P.C., P.S. Baradari, District Bareilly.
