Learned Counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner Smt.
Mohni @ Mamta Maurya is legally wedded wife of Brij Lal
Maurya. She has illegally been detained by respondent No. 1 to 3.

Issue notice to the O.P.No.-1, 2 and 3 returnable at an early date.
List this case after three weeks.
