By means of this petition, the petitioners have prayed for
protection of their lives.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are
major and they have solemnized their marriage on their own free
will and now they are being harassed.
If the marriage of the petitioners is registered and if there is any
real grievance to married couple against their parents or relatives
or police who are allegedly interfering with their conjugal rights
which goes to such extent that there is threat of their life they may
approach the S.S.P. Farrukhabad.
The S.S.P. Farrukhabad is directed to take steps on the application
of the petitioners and pass appropriate order on their application
for the security and safety of the petitioners life immediately.
It is made clear that in the event any FIR it will be open for the
police authorities to proceed in accordance with law.
