Looking to the nature of allegation and the fact it a dispute between husband
and wife and close relatives, I am not inclined to interfere with an order dated
2.7.2010 passed by the C.J.M., Etawah in Misc. Application No. 218 of 2010,
Najmeen versus Hasmuddin and others, under section 156(3) Cr.P.C.

This Crl. Misc. Application, therefore is dismissed.
