The Appellant was not present.
On behalf of the Respondent, the following were present:

2. In spite of notice, the Appellant was not present during the hearing. The
Respondents were present and made their submissions.
3. The Appellant had sought a number of information regarding a certain
property the original documents of which had been placed in the bank in
connection with a loan account. The chief manager had given a detailed reply
to her providing information against all her queries. In her second appeal, she
has not pointed out specifically how any of the information provided is
incomplete or incorrect. Besides, the Respondents also informed that, in the
meanwhile, the said property placed with the bank in connection with a loan
account had since been returned to the owners.
4. Thus, as far as the desired information is concerned, the chief manager
has already provided it in her reply. There is nothing more to be done in this
appeal. It is, thus, disposed off.

5. Copies of this order be given free of cost to the parties.
