for which requisites etc. both under ordinary and

registered post must be filed within a week from

today, failing which this application shall stand

rejected without further reference to a Bench.

During pendency of this application, the

order impugned shall remain stayed, in other

words, the opposite party must keep on paying the

amount of maintenance granted earlier.

Let this case be listed immediately after

appearing of opposite party.
