We had directed, vide our order dated 07.07.2010, to produce the
couple (petitioner no. 1 and her husband) in Court but we are
disappointed with the functioning of State-Police as it does not have any
definite information regarding their whereabouts.
Hence, we direct, the Director General of Police, U.P. to produce the
couple in Court on 12.07.2010.

Father of the girl shall also remain present in Court on the next date of
hearing i.e. on 12.07.2010.

List the matter on 12.07.2010.

Let this order be sent on fax by Registrar to the Director General of
Police, U.P. for ensuring compliance.
