The petition has been filed against the transfer order dated
19.6.2007 on 27.6.2007. An order was passed for maintaining
status-quo regarding the petitioner’s working at the present place
of posting. This order was passed only because the representation
of the petitioner was not decided in time as directed by the Court.
Three years have passed and the order is operating.

The petition is finally disposed of with a direction that the opposite
parties shall be at liberty to consider the case of the petitioner for
transfer in case they so feel in the annual chain of transfer as
routine matter.
