application be not disposed of at the admission stage itself. Requisites
etc. for notice must be filed within one week under Registered cover
with A/D as well as by ordinary process, failing which this application

In the meantime, proceeding before learned Sub-Ordinate-
Judge VIII, Ranchi in Misc. Case No. 35 of 2006 shall remain stayed.
