By this writ petition, the petitioner has assailed the transfer order
dated 20.01.2009 passed by the opposite party no.2 which was
stayed by this Court on 29.01.2009.

In the absence of the learned counsel for the petitioner, we heard
the learned Standing Counsel and went through the material
available on record.

We direct the opposite parties to pass a fresh order for transfer of
the petitioner. Till the fresh order is passed, the interim order
granted by this Court shall remain in operation.
With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of
finally.
