Upon hearing learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties,
we direct the petitioner to make a representation before the
Collector within a period of fifteen days from today along with a
certified copy of this order and if such a representation is made
within the stipulated period, the Collector, after making spot
inspection and taking the evidence from the villagers, decide the
question of domicile of the petitioner within a period of one month
from the date of receipt of the representation by means of speaking
order.

The writ petition is disposed of.
