The following were present:
Appellant : Ms. Rakhi Gupta;
Respondent : Dr. S. S. Gambhir, Public Information Officer & Chief Medical Officer;
The PIO has provided most of the information sought by the Appellant as admitted by her.
However, no duty list has been provided nor has it been stated that the duty list does not exist. If a duty
list exists (query-4) the PIO will provide this to the appellant.
Decision:
The Appeal is allowed.
The PIO is directed to provide the duty list to the appellant as per query-4 to the
Appellant before 30 March 2011. If no such duty list exists this will be stated.
This decision is announced in open chamber.
Notice of this decision be given free of cost to the parties.
