Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It has been contended on behalf of the petitioner that against the provisions of

law the contesting opposite parties wanted to raise construction and change

the nature of tenancy. It has been further submitted that the interim order was

not extended.

List in the 2nd week of March, 2010.

Let the lower court record be summoned. However, in the nature of the

circumstances status quo as on today shall be maintained till the next date of

listing.
