Sri Devendra Swaroop, learned counsel, who has put in appearance on behalf
of respondent no. 4, states that he was not well on the last date when the case
was listed and he shall produce the corpus within a week.

Accordingly, list on 11.2.2010. On which date the corpus shall be produced
before this Court pursuant to the earlier order of this Court dated 25.1.2010.
