Counsel placed reliance upon decision of this Court in Madan Lal & Ors Vs. RCSAT & Ors (2009(3) WLC (Raj.) 408). As regards interim relief, it has been informed that the place from where petitioner has been transfer vide order impugned dt.20/06/2010, no one has been posted/joined so far.
Issue notice of writ & stay petition to respondents returnable within four weeks as to why petition may not be finally disposed of at admission stage. Notices be given Dasti, if desired. PF & notices be filed within seven days, failing which stay order shall stand automatically vacated.
In the meanwhile, operation of order dt.20/06/2010 pertaining to transfer of the petitioner shall remain stayed and she be allowed to continue on the post held prior to transfer order, no one has been posted/joined so far, till further orders.
