Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Anubhav Shukla advocate for the
complainant and the learned A.G.A. appearing for the State-respondents.

Considering the facts and circumstances and the allegations made in the 

impugned F.I.R., the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that till 

the submission of report by the police under Section 173 (2) Cr.P.C. the 

petitioners   shall   not   be   arrested   in   case   Crime   No.   151   of   2010   under 

Sections   392,500,147,504   I.P.C.   read   with   Sec.   3   /   5   of   Preventin   of 

Damage to Public Property Act, P.S. George Town District Allahabad
