On 3rd May, 2010 an order was passed requiring the learned
Standing counsel to seek instructions in this matter. Much time has
passed by. No instructions have come nor reply has been filed. Sri
R.D.Sahi has requested that as a matter of last opportunity he may
be given two weeks’ further time to either obtain instructions or to
file response in this regard.
