In view of the grievance/complaint, this Court directs that learned Standing
Counsel who has attended the matter is to obtain copy of the agreement which
is said to be executed after the order of Regional Food Controller dated
19.01.2009 as mentioned in para 2 of that order (page 48 of the writ petition).
