Learned counsel for the petitioner was earlier
granted time to file rejoinder affidavit vide order
dated 19.11.2009. Thereafter, again on 11.12.2009
petitioner was allowed further time to file rejoinder
affidavit. Today again, learned counsel appearing
for the petitioner seeks further time to file rejoinder
affidavit and prays that the interim order be
extended. It appears that the petitioner himself is
delaying the matter. However, as a last opportunity
one week time is allowed to the learned counsel for
the petitioner for filing rejoinder affidavit.
List this case after one week.

Interim order if in operation shall continue till the
next date of listing.
