By means of the order dated 12.11.2009, learned Standing Counsel was
directed to produce the relevant record of enquiry proceedings.

When the case called out, learned Standing Counsel submits that
records are not available.

Accordingly, list the matter on 22.1.2010, on which date, learned
Standing Counsel shall produce the record, as directed earlier. In case
records are not available on the date fixed, opposite party No.2-Director,
Baal Vikas Sewa Evam Pushtahaar Vibhag, Indira Bhawan, U.P.,
Lucknow shall appear in person along with the record.
