Sri Alok Sharma holding brief of Ms. Vatsala, learned counsel for respondent
no. 2, Abdul Rauf made a statement that inspite repeated intimation Abdul
Rauf is not responding. In such a view, this Court is left with no option but to
direct A.C.J.M, Court No.8, Ghaziabad to decide Execution Proceeding No. 1
of 2009 expeditiously by resorting all coercive measures get the amount of
maintenance released from husband and pay the same to the wife destitute as
she cannot be kept starved for long time.

Learned A.C.J.M. is directed to get release the amount realized positively
within a period of two months and handed it over to the wife.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
