The present writ petition is directed against the decision given on issue no.7
as to whether the suit for cancellation of sale deed dated 19th of November,
2007 is maintainable before Civil Court or not. The contention of defendant
petitioner that the suit is not cognizable by Civil Court and it will be
cognizable by Revenue Court has not been found favour with the two Courts
below. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, I do not find any
merit in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is dismissed summarily.
