Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
identical writ petition being S.B.Civil Writ Petition
No.7922/2007 has been disposed of with certain directions to
the respondent No.2 therein and this writ petition may also be
disposed in terms of the order passed in S.B.Civil Writ Petition
No.7922/2007 wherein the contention of the petitioner therein
was that while making appointment to the post of Teacher
Gr.III, the respondents have not adhered the preference
desired by him for his posting. It is asserted that the persons
who stood at lower pedestal than him were employed at the

place of their choice but the same treatment was not extended
to the petitioner. Though the posting as per preference cannot
be claimed as a right, however, the same being asked by the
respondents themselves in the application form, it is expected
from them to adhere it as far as possible.
In this view of the matter, the writ petition is
disposed of in terms of the order dated 16.4.2008 passed in
S.B.Civil Writ Petition No.7922/2007 and the respondent No.2
is directed to consider the representation, if the petitioner
submits within a period of one month from today claiming for
her posting as per preference given by her.
