This application has been filed for transfer of Title Suit

No.439 of 1991 (Kusheshwar Singh Vrs. Shanti Devi) pending in

the court of the Munsif, Supaul.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the

aforesaid case is still pending and the same is not being disposed

of; with the result the petitioner is suffering great hardship.

Considering the submissions, the court below is directed

to dispose of the aforesaid case, if not already disposed of,

expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months on

receipt/production of the certified copy of the present order.

The application stands disposed of.
