to quash the Charge-sheet No. 510 of 1999 in Case Crime No. 130
of 1999 filed on 18.6.1999 in the Court of C.J.M., Allahabad and
also to stay the further proceeding pending in the Court of Addl.
District Judge, IVth Allahabad, in S.T.No. 887/99.
List revised. None present except learned A.G.A.

The present application is hereby rejected for want of prosecution.
Interim order dated 08.2.2000 is hereby discharged.
