                                    J U D G M E N T

Prayer is for a direction to the respondent to appoint the petitioner

against the eligible 3% quota reserved for the physically affected persons.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has submitted Exhibits P5 and P6

representations. There will be a direction to the respondent to take action on

the representations within a period of two months from date of production of

a copy of this judgment, since it is undertaken in the counter affidavit filed as

early as in January 2005 that the Government would be issuing final orders

shortly.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
