This is a matter regarding appointment as Anganwadi Karyakartri
at Sandila, Hardoi. The case is that although the petitioner is fully
qualified to be appointed on this post but despite that she is not
being given joining. It is stated that one Ms. Arti Verma was
appointed earlier on this post but lateron her appointment has been
cancelled. Now the petitioner says that she should be given
appointment as there is no one else after the cancellation of
appointment of Ms. Arti Verma. In this case, there are factual
aspects to be decided by the authorities themselves. In this regard,
the petitioner has already moved a representation dated 27.4.2010,
as contained in Annexure-7 to the opposite party No.2. She further
says that the concerning authority is opposite party No.3 to whom
she wants to make a fresh representation.
Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the
opposite party No.3 to decide the representation of the petitioner
within a period of one month from the date a certified copy of this
order along with fresh representation is placed before him. It is
made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the
merits of the case.
