The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that
the interest of justice would be served if necessary direction
be issued to the, opposite party no. 1 to consider and decide
the representation of the petitioner within a stipulated time
fixed by this Court.

Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the prayer of
learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, with the consent of parties’ counsel
and without entering into the merits of the case, the writ
petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the
opposite party no. 1 to consider and decide the
representation of the petitioner dated 17.06.2009 contained
in Annexure-1 to the writ petition by speaking and reasoned
order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks
from the date of production of a certified copy of this order
and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner.
