Shri M.D. Singh Sekhar appearing for the petitioners submits that
Khasra Plot No.184 in Village Asgarpur Jagir, Pargana and
Tehsil Dadri Distt. Gautam Budh Nagar has not been acquired by
the State Government. It is recorded as abadi land. The
notification dated August 12th, 2008 does not notify Plot No.184
for acquisition. He submits that the respondents are trying to
demolish the land and had actually demolished a part of boundary.
Shri Ramendra Pratap Singh states that Smt. Urmila Devi-
petitioner No.4 has sold the land. The khatauni does not show that
petitioner Nos.1, 2 and 3 have sold the land.
Let Shri Ramendra Pratap Singh seek instructions in the matter.

Until 4th August, 2010, the constructions on Khasra Plot No.184
area 0.3790 hects. Village Asgarpur Jagir, Pargana and Tehsil
Dadri, Distt. Gautam Budh Nagar shall not be demolished by the
respondents.
