why this application be not disposed off at the stage of

admission itself by both processes i.e. ordinary

process as well as registered cover with A/D for which

requisites etc. must be filed within ten days, failing

which this application shall stand dismissed without

further reference to a Bench.

The rule is made returnable within three

months.

During the pendency of this application, the

further proceeding of Kadamkuan (Kankarbagh) P.S.

Case No. 676 of 2006 (G.R. No. 3755 of 2006) pending

before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna shall remain

stayed.
