Facts
By her letter of 21.5.2008, the appellant had sought some information
from the ITO, Jammu. It appears that not information was provided to her
whereupon she filed the present complaint.
2. The matter came up for hearing on 5.5.2009. It is noticed that this
matter has already been decided by this Commission’s decision dated
12.2.2009 in Complaint No. CIC/S/A/2009/000078. Notices seems to have
been erroneously issued to the parties.
DECISION
3. In view of the above, the matter is ordered to be closed.
