Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGA for the State.

This application has been filed with a prayer to file to grant some more time
to produce the kidnapped girl Smt. Swati Nanda before the Chief Judicial
Magistrate, Agra in pursuance of the order dated 29.1.2010 passed by this
Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that
applicants shall produce Smt. Swati Nanda before the Chief Judicial
Magistrate, Agra within 10 days from today to give the benefit of the order
dated 29.1.2010.

With the above direction, this application is finally disposed of.
