1 to 4 has been accepted by learned A. G. A.

Issue notice to respondents no. 5 to 7 to produce the corpus, Smt. Tara Devi
before this Court on 16.8.2010.

List on 16.8.2010.

The petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs. 5000/- by demand draft drawn in
favour of the corpus, Smt. Tara Devi in the Court within a week.

In case the amount as directed hereinabove, is not deposited, the writ petition
shall stand dismissed automatically.
