This contempt application has been filed with the prayer to punish the
contemnors severly for wilfully and deliberate by flouting the interim order
dated 07.04.2003 passed by this Hon’ble Court in Civil Misc. Writ Petition
No. 14973 of 2003 wherein interalia it was directed that the respondents shall
not withdraw the FDR of the amount in question.

Learned counsel for the applicant however has admitted that the Civil Misc.
Writ Petition No. 14973 of 2003 has already been dismissed on 29.10.2009.

In view of the above, no further consideration is required in this contempt
application. Notice issued to opposite party stands discharged. The contempt
application is consigned to record.
