Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA.

Looking to the allegations levelled in the application as well as considering
the fact that the impugned order dated 24.6.2010 passed by A.C.J.M., Court
No. II, Meerut, is challenged, more than one and half months after. I am not
inclined to interefere and quash the impugned order dated 24.6.2010 passed
by A.C.J.M., Court No. II, Meerut. After leading evidence, if the applicant
wants she can always pray for sending the matter for investigation under
Section 202 Cr.P.C.

This application is dismissed with the aforesaid observation.
