From the records of the present writ petition, this Court finds
that appointment of respondent no. 6 is being questioned
after more than 14 years of such appointment and the ground
raised is that he is within the prohibited degree of
relationship.

I am of the considered opinion that It is too late in the day for
the petitioner to raise any objection qua appointment of
respondent no. 6, on the plea noticed herein above. No
mandamus, as prayed for can be issued under Article 226 of
the Constitution of India at this stage.
Writ petition is dismissed.
