                           J U D G M E N T

The only prayer is for a direction to the first respondent

to consider Ext.P3 representation, and defer demolition till such

time. There will be a direction to the first respondent to consider

Ext.P3 with notice to the petitioner, third respondent and any

other affected party, and pass orders expeditiously. The interim

order passed by this court will continue till orders are passed by

the first respondent.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
