After
the matters were argued at length, learned Assistant Government
Pleader Mr.H.K.Patel has requested for time to file additional
affidavit for clarification of some of the conditions, particularly,
as to how premises in question falls in the disturbed area with
specific reference to the other instances cited by learned senior
counsel Mr.Yatin Oza appearing with learned advocate Mr.Apurva
