Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Petitioner is accused in a case registered under Sections 414 
and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It   reveals   that   after   receiving   information,   the   police   party 
raided the house of petitioner and other accused. Certain articles like 
batteries,   tullu   pump   etc.   were   recovered   from   the   house   of   this 
petitioner for which he failed to produce valid documents.

It is submitted that other co­accused having similar allegations 
have   been   granted   bail   by   a   Bench   of   this   Court.   No   theft   report 
against any of the article has come on record.

Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail.
Since other co­accused having similar allegation are enjoying 
the   privilege   of   bail,   above   named   petitioner   is   directed   to   be 
released   on   bail   on   furnishing   bail   bond   of   Rs.   10,000/­   (Ten 
Thousand)   with   two   sureties   of   the   like   amount   each   to   the 
satisfaction   of   learned   Chief   Judicial   Magistrate,   Hazaribag   in 
connection with Barhi P.S. Case No. 112 of 2011 corresponding to 
G.R. No. 1016 of 2011.
