Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. and have perused the
material on record.

Since the offence is disclosed, I am not inclined to interfere and quash the
proceedings of complaint case no. 94/9 of 2010 (Smt. Savitri Vs. Sompal
Singh Yadav and others), under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S.
Baniyather, District Moradabad pending before Additional Civil Judge (Junior
Division)/Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 1, Chandausi, Moradabad.
This application is dismissed with a direction that the bail prayer of the
applicants in the aforesaid crime be considered expeditiously, if possible on
the same day.
