Mr. Praveen Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits

that the payments have been made but some dues have remained to be

paid to the petitioner for which petitioner would be approaching the

concerned authority of the University.

In view of the above, this contempt application need not

proceed further and the same stands disposed of.
