petitioners and learned Counsel for the
State.
On the basis of written report of
Panju Yadav the case has been registered
under Section 307 and some other Sections of
the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the
Arms Act in which allegation of firing has
been made which has resulted into injury.
It has been submitted that from the
injury report which is Annexure-2, it is
apparent that the injuries were caused by
hard and blunt substances and sharp pointed
weapon and Kishori Yadav has been granted
bail on 29.06.2011 vide Cr. Misc. No. 19004
of 2011.
Considering the facts and
circumstances of the case, the above named
petitioners are directed to be released on
bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-

(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the
like amount each to the satisfaction of the
learned Additional Chief Judicial
Magistrate/court concerned, Danapur, Patna in
connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 56 of
2011 corresponding to G.R. No. 583 of 2011.
